- Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the service provider and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
- Modifications: The service provider reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time by posting the modified agreement on the Rapid ChatGpt website or notifying you by email. Your continued use of Rapid ChatGpt after the modification shall be deemed to be your acceptance of the modified agreement.
By purchasing a subscription and utilizing it on multiple devices on Rapid ChatGpt, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this agreement, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
10. Children's Privacy
- Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 30+ (“Child” or “Children”).
- We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from Children under 18. If you become aware that a Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.
